1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Azzmous Capital platform and any investment package you purchase. By creating an account or investing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Investment packages

Azzmous Capital offers flexible investment packages in Nigerian Naira with a 30-day lock-in period. Each package shows a base return plus a bonus. Returns shown are targets, not guarantees, and depend on market performance.

3. Daily check-in

Keeping an investment active requires a compulsory daily check-in from your dashboard. Missed check-ins may pause the accrual of returns on the affected package until activity resumes.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are made in Naira by bank transfer and are credited after our team confirms your payment. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in order; processing times may vary. Your principal stays locked until the end of the 30-day term.

5. Identity verification (KYC)

We may ask you to verify your identity with a NIN or BVN and a selfie before processing withdrawals. Providing false information can lead to account suspension.

6. Referral program

You earn a referral reward for each new user who registers with your referral code and then invests in a package. Rewards are credited after the referral's investment is confirmed and follow the same withdrawal rules as your balance. Self-referrals and fraudulent activity are not eligible.

7. Risks

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Projected returns are not guaranteed, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Only invest money you can afford to lock in for the full term.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
